About This Technique
O-guruma (大車), or the major wheel, is a foot technique (ashi-waza) in Judo. It involves extending your leg horizontally high across the front of the opponent's lower abdomen and hips to serve as an elevated axis, then using powerful upper-body rotation to wheel them over your leg onto the mat.
