About This Technique
Ouchi Gari (大内刈), or the major inner reap, is a fundamental foot technique (ashi-waza) in Judo. It involves stepping between the opponent's legs, driving them backward onto their heels, and hooking your leg inside theirs to reap their weighted leg in a wide circular arc.
