About This Technique
Ashi Guruma (足車), or the leg wheel, is a foot technique (ashi-waza) in Judo. It involves extending your leg horizontally across the front of the opponent's lower legs/knees to serve as a fulcrum, then wheeling their upper body over your extended leg using strong rotational torque.
