腕挫脇固Armpit arm entanglement
About This Technique
Ude-Hishigi-Waki-Gatame (腕挫脇固), or the Armpit arm entanglement, is a joint lock (kansetsu-waza) where the attacker traps the opponent's arm tightly under their armpit to hyper-extend the elbow joint. By leveraging both hands on the opponent's wrist while rotating the torso, pressure is instantly applied to force a submission.
