腕挫十字固Back-lying perpendicular armbar
About This Technique
Ude Hishigi Juji Gatame (腕挫十字固), commonly referred to as Juji Gatame or the cross armlock (armbar), is the premier joint-locking technique (kansetsu-waza) in Judo. It involves trapping one of the opponent's arms between your legs perpendicular to their body, using hip leverage to extend the elbow joint beyond its natural range of motion.
