逆十字絞Reverse cross strangle
About This Technique
Gyaku Juji Shime (逆十字絞), or the reverse cross strangle, is a fundamental choking technique (shime-waza) in Judo. Applied primarily from groundwork positions like guard or mount, it uses a crossed-arm lapel grip with both palms facing up to compress the carotid arteries on both sides of the opponent's neck.
