SQ Dan Grading Preparation Program

Are you a Green Belt or above and looking to improve, upgrade and update your current judo skills and knowledge?

These sessions are designed to support candidates in their journey toward Dan grading by developing technical skills, clarifying expectations, and building confidence.

The program covers:

• Tachi-waza (standing techniques)
• Katame-waza (grappling techniques)
• Renraku-waza (combinations and transitions)
• Kaeshi-waza (counters and tactical responses).

Optional specialized sessions are available for Nage no Kata and Katame no Kata.
